For present day Barbie, makeup artists gave models pink cheeks and topped skin with Stila Illuminating Liquid Foundation. They applied Stila Giggle Lip Vinyl to lips for a pink lip, Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Eye Liner to eyes and false lashes. I love the pretty pink lips and cheeks! Orlanda Pita teased hair for an extremely voluminous look and finished the look with T3 Plump and Control Hairspray.
For Barbie of the past, makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury created a fifties inspired black cat eye and a red glossy lip, putting to rest the idea that you can't do both extreme eyes and extreme lips in the same look! Tilbury used Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Eye Liner on the eyes and Stila Strawberry Lip Glaze on the lips. Pita gave models an ultra high wrapped ponytail and slicked back tresses with strong, straight bangs.
For future Barbie, Tilbury went all out on the models' faces with glitter and sequins in purples, blues and fuschias. She used Stila Smudge Pot in Wisteria and Cobalt on eyes and Stila Praline Lip Glaze on lips. Tilbury covered eyebrows with bold violet feathers and lilac gemstones. Besides all the color, Tilbury applied Stila Tinted Moisturizer, Stila Perfecting Concealer and Stila Sun Bronzer to skin. For hair Pita, created high buns wrapped in braided hair extensions.
