Check out Lara's eye makeup in this photo.

It's a great example of a technique I call "layering eyeliner", and how it can instantly add a punch of color to an otherwise neutral makeup look. Here's how you can get the look too:
* After applying a neutral shadow on the upper lids and the crease (like NARS eyeshadow duo in Tokyo), line both your upper and lower lashlines with black kohl, being sure to line the waterline or the inner rim of your lower lashline as well (we love MAC Smolder for this).

*Pile on the black mascara on both top and bottom lashes, and viola, watch how your brown eyes pop with color!
*To get Lara's golden pink lips, line your lips with a lip pencil close to the natural color of your lips, (for me, it's MAC Plum) and top it off with MAC Plushglass in Posh it Up (love this shade, you could even wear it on your own if your lips already have alot of natural color to them).
