New York Fashion Week '09: Nicole Miller

At Nicole Miller, the models wore sleek, straight and shiny hair and a pop of blue on the eyes, in addition to the enviable clothes. The bright blue eyes were something a little unexpected for the fall as its a color more likely to be seen in a spring show.

Hair stylist Rolando Beauchamp applied Bumble and bumble Styling Cream onto wet hair for hold and shine and then added a little bit of Bumble and bumble Grooming Cream to smooth ends.

Makeup artist James Kaliardos from MAC Cosmetics used MAC Marine Blue Ultra Paint Stick as a base on the lid, before applying the MAC Fresh Water Eye Shadow under the eyes and on lids. Kaliardos extended MAC Atlantic Blue Eye Shadow slightly past the inner and outer corner of the eye. He then applied MAC's Lilicent Cream Blush to lips and to cheeks he applied MAC Pearl Color Cream Blush and Tahitian Sand Beauty Powder.

MAC Products used:

Omega Eye Shadow – Brushed into the base of the brow to slightly strengthen brow shape.

Marine Blue Ultra Paint Stick –Applied to eyelids and up through the crease of the eyes as a base.

Freshwater Eye Shadow – Washed over the lids and along the lower lashline, extending slightly past the outer corners of the eyes.
